Research Associate (Fixed Term)


The University

The Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge wishes to appoint a Research Associate to work on a research project entitled: "Operationalising NeuroDiversity in the Classroom (Op-END)". This post offers a rare opportunity to get involved in a project looking to better understand the experience and classroom based practice that children experience in schools.

The research assistant is a full time position, starting as soon as possible for 18 months in the first instance. We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements The role will require independent work which would suit a postdoctoral academic.

About the Role

Professor Jenny Gibson and Assistant Professor William Farr are looking for a Research Assistant to provide support for "Operationalising NeuroDiversity in the Classroom (Op-END) who will identify literature and carrying out a scoping review on classroom-based interventions in 8-11-year-olds for neurodivergent learners. The research assistant will also provide support with the running of focus groups of classroom practitioners and Special Educational Needs co-ordinators, and also provide support for National dissemination workshops of findings.
