HR Case Coordinator

The Case Management team are a new team responsible for the management of formal employee relations cases in one of the largest and most prestigious universities in the UK.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and the HR Case Management Coordinator will be a key role, leading on the effective coordination of complex and sensitive case management processes. This will include taking minutes, arranging meetings and preparing standard correspondence. The role will also be a key user of the case management database, including extracting information.
About You
In order to succeed in this role, you will have:
- Relevant administrative experience;
- Experience with taking accurate minutes, arranging meetings and maintaining databases;
- An ability to manage confidential information sensitively;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- An ability to coordinate work and prioritise your own workload.
