AV & Multimedia Services Technician (Fixed Term)

We are seeking an experienced AV Technician to join our team, providing high-quality audio-visual support to staff and students at the Business School. Working closely with the AV & Multimedia Services Technicians and AV Team Leader, the role holder will ensure the smooth operation of AV systems across teaching spaces, seminar rooms, and meeting rooms.
This role involves working directly with staff and students, providing technical support for both in-person and online learning. Key tasks include managing AV systems, recording and editing videos, maintaining equipment, and training users. The ideal candidate should have experience with digital AV services, such as live-streaming, video production, and troubleshooting technical issues. A good understanding of Windows and macOS systems, basic networking, and problem-solving is essential.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 12 months in the first instance.
